Atlas Data Privacy Corporation, et al. v. Sagewire Research, LLC, et al. Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, Bergen County Docket No. BER-L-000869-24
The domain name corporationwiki.com is controlled by Atlas Data Privacy Corporation (“Atlas”).
On February 8, 2024, Atlas and four individual plaintiffs filed a lawsuit in New Jersey Superior Court: Atlas Data Privacy Corporation, et al. v. Sagewire Research, LLC, et al. In the Complaint, Atlas asserted claims assigned to it by approximately 19,078 law enforcement officers, prosecutors, and other “covered persons” under New Jersey’s Daniel’s Law, which protects home addresses and unpublished home telephone numbers from disclosure.
Atlas and the operator of the CorporationWiki.com website have entered into a settlement agreement, and this lawsuit has now been resolved.
